Our Story

Long Live Kade’s Foundation is an organization that was set-up as a commerative to my son Kade’. He lost his life due to a single passenger car accident. This non-profit was set-up to implement an educational system that involves structure with formal and non-formal afterschooling and summer programs for children, young adults and adults in educational meetings, workshops and trips.

Here you have workshops, in classroom and out of classroom environment for financial literacy lessons, safety driving awareness, healthy living, home repair and homebuyer readiness.

Our Programs

Our FLIP Program is designed to assist with providing general resources and learning materials on personal finance skills to prepare for financial independence starting with our youth. A driving awareness program is a sure way that we can look forward to making a part of our education focus.

It is a program that will mentor and develop young drivers with driving safe on the road through defensive driving and making sure passengers wear their seatbelts and not use the vehicle as a toy. Through our home repair and homebuyer resource center tenants and homeowners can find government, city and state programs and grants.

Healthy habits help prevent certain health conditions, such as heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure. If you take care of yourself, you can keep your cholesterol and blood pressure within a safe range. This keeps your blood flowing smoothly, decreasing your risk of cardiovascular diseases.

The homebuyers’ counseling provide consumers education on downpayment assistance, money management, budgeting and credit counseling to name a few. We provide resources & partnerships. This resource list includes information on internet sites where individual consumers can access information on credit and preparing to purchase a home, as well as information on training available to homebuyer counselors and products developed specifically for use in the classroom and in one-on-one training with consumers.

Many of the products offered online for consumers are somewhat generic in their approach to building an understanding of what is required to qualify for a mortgage. Housing professionals who work directly with borrowers and potential borrowers of public and private funds should work closely with their counselor.
