  1. 1) Educate individuals on the steps to become a homeowner.
  2. 2) Resources of downpayment assistance.
  3. 3) Homeowner Critical Repair program and grant resources.

Performance Goals:

The goal of the LLK Foundation is to maximize mutual capacity by partnering with the organizations and ministries in Iredell, Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas, with the largest reach and the most stake in the field of education, care, and development. By virtue of its collaborative nature, the project’s estimated goals are as follows:

➢ One Hundred (100) percent of regular program participants will show improvement in their overall mind, body and spirit.
➢ One Hundred (100) percent of regular program participants will show improvement in our economy.
